What constitutes as a new listing?

Any listing agreement that is signed and goes live between 7/1/2024 –​12/31/2024.

What about co-listings?

Credit will only be given to the primary listing agent.

Closed transactions?

Congrats! No additional credit or incentive will be given for closed ​transactions.

Withdrawn or canceled?

We understand some listings don’t work out. A listing must be active for 30 ​days to qualify.

Prizes Details

Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between parties. In ​instances where the winner submits for reimbursement, receipts are ​required. No balance of any unused prize may carry over. Any manipulation ​of incentives qualification will result in disqualification.
